（1）資格要求 Requirements for Qualification of Bidder A．如果投標人為境內注冊公司，投標人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務登記證及組織機構代碼證或證照合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，投標時需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）；如果投標人為境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明；The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license. The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference);The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B.投標人須提供制造商的放射性儀表《SIL2認證證書》，且證書在有效期內。投標時需提供原件掃描件。The bidder must provide manufacturer's “ the SIL2 certificate of radioactive instrument”, and the certificate shall be within the validity period..The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding. C.本次招標不接受代理商投標。投標人應是投標貨物的制造廠商（包括制造廠商所在集團內負責銷售的公司）。如果投標人是制造廠商所在集團內負責銷售的公司，投標人應提供聲明，說明投標人與制造廠商隸屬同一集團，負責投標貨物的銷售工作。Bid by Agent is not accepted. The bidder shall be the manufacturer of bid goods,including the sales company within the same group as the manufacturer of bid goods.
