（1）資格要求 Requirements for Qualification of BidderA．如果投標(biāo)人為境內(nèi)注冊公司，投標(biāo)人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，投標(biāo)時需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）；如果投標(biāo)人為境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明；A. The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference);The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B. 本次招標(biāo)不接受代理商投標(biāo)。投標(biāo)人應(yīng)是投標(biāo)貨物的制造商（包括制造商所在集團(tuán)內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)銷售的公司）。如果投標(biāo)人是制造商所在集團(tuán)內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)銷售的公司，應(yīng)提供聲明，說明投標(biāo)人與制造商隸屬同一集團(tuán)，負(fù)責(zé)投標(biāo)貨物的銷售工作。B.
