簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：防汛移動(dòng)泵車(chē)采購(gòu):流量3000立方米/小時(shí)大功率排水搶險(xiǎn)泵車(chē)1輛，排水設(shè)備采用電驅(qū)動(dòng)水泵，主要加強(qiáng)城市道路積水應(yīng)急排水處置能力，預(yù)算金額230萬(wàn)元（其中國(guó)債支持92萬(wàn)元（40%），部門(mén)預(yù)算安排138萬(wàn)元（60%））。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: Flood control mobile pump truck procurement: flow rate of 3000 cubic meters / hour high-power drainage rescue pump truck 1, drainage equipment using electric drive pump, mainly to strengthen the urban road water emergency drainage disposal capacity, the budget amount of 2.3 million yuan (Chinese debt support 920,000 yuan (40%), departmental budget arrangement 1.38 million yuan (60%)).

合同履約期限：2025年3月30日前完成全部供貨。并在中標(biāo)后3個(gè)月內(nèi)明確“上海范圍內(nèi)服務(wù)受理點(diǎn)”。
