簡要規(guī)則描述：本項目位于新興產業(yè)片區(qū)南側，新建一根管徑為 1650 毫米的污水干管，管線沿 Y4 路向南敷設，接至下游新元南路現(xiàn)狀管徑 1650 毫米污水干管；橫港聯(lián)系橋北側標準段管位位于道路紅線西側約 2 米，南側管位基本位于道路中央分隔帶。本工程設計規(guī)模按 10.4 萬立方米/日設計，管道總長約1370 米，其中開槽埋管約 1210 米，頂管約 160 米，管材采用鋼筋混凝土管，頂管段接口采用“F”型，開槽段接口采用企口式,預留街坊污水支管及接入井，街坊支管管徑 300 毫米，長度約 280 米，管材采用 HDPE 雙壁纏繞管，采用開槽埋管施工。
本工程具體施工內容包括但不限于為具體施工內容包括但不限于為本工程的電力管線、通信管線及上水管線搬遷設計和施工等費用。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見工程量清單。）
依照招標圖紙及競爭性磋商文件、工程量清單所示范圍內電力、通信管線、上水管線搬遷工程及其附屬工程（包含道路修復、綠化修復）等的施工、專項驗收、保修等各階段的所有工作內容等；所有按工程規(guī)范要求以及為取得政府主管部門批準所需的任何檢測及一切要求；在競爭性磋商文件內所說明及/或招標期間所增減及/或承包人所確認的
Brief Specification Description: This project is located at the south side of the emerging industry area, with the construction of a new sewage main pipe with a diameter of 1650 millimeters. The pipeline will be laid southward along Y4 Road and connected to the current sewage main pipe with a diameter of 1650 millimeters downstream of Xinyuan South Road; The standard section pipe position on the north side of HengGang Connection Bridge is located about 2 meters west of the road red line, and the southern pipe position is basically located in the central divider of the road. The design scale of this project is 104000 cubic meters per day, and the total length of the pipeline is about 1370 meters, including about 1210 meters of slotted buried pipes and about 160 meters of top pipes. The pipe material is reinforced concrete pipe, and the interface of the top pipe section is "F" shaped. (For specific quantities and requirements, please refer to the bill of quantities.)
