Entrusted by North Huajin Refining and Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (Tenderee), China Cntc International Tendering Corporation(Tendering Agent) invites sealed bids by international bidding method from potential bidders for the supply of the following goods and related services:
全密度聚乙烯裝置減溫器  1臺(tái)。
Full density polyethylene device temperature per 1set.
2. （有興趣或被邀請(qǐng)）的潛在投標(biāo)人可從中招國(guó)際招標(biāo)有限公司得到進(jìn)一步的信息和查閱招標(biāo)文件。
Potential bidders (who are interested in or invited) can obtain further information and access to the bidding documents from China Cntc International Tendering Corporation
3. 對(duì)投標(biāo)人的資質(zhì)要求
Qualification Requirements to Bidders
1) 投標(biāo)人具有有效的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照（境內(nèi)投標(biāo)人）/企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)許可證明文件（境外投標(biāo)人），需提供相應(yīng)證明復(fù)印件；
The bidder has a valid business license (bidder registered within territory of Peoples Republic of China)/ Incorpration Operating license document (bidder registered outside territory of Peoples Republic of China), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required;
2)      國(guó)內(nèi)制造商需提供《中華人民共和國(guó)特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)許可證》（壓力管道元件制造）；國(guó)外制造商須提供所投產(chǎn)品特種設(shè)備型式試驗(yàn)證書(shū)和《中華人民共和國(guó)特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)許可證》（壓力管道元件制造）。（投標(biāo)人須提供證書(shū)的掃描件）。
The domestic manufacturer shall provide the Special Equipment Production License of the People's Republic of China (manufacturing of pressure pipe components); the bidder shall provide the scanned copy of the certificate; the foreign manufacturer shall provide the special equipment type test certificate of the product and the Special Equipment Production License of the People's Republic of China (the bidder shall provide the scanned copy of the certificate)
3）本項(xiàng)目不接受代理商投標(biāo)；
This project does not accept agent bidding；
4）自2014年7月1日至投標(biāo)文件遞交截止時(shí)間前7日（以合同簽訂時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品（減溫器）在中國(guó)境內(nèi)具有供貨業(yè)績(jī)。須提供銷(xiāo)售合同的掃描件（含雙方蓋章頁(yè)、項(xiàng)目名稱(chēng)、貨物名稱(chēng)、供貨數(shù)量、簽訂日期頁(yè)）和簽字版技術(shù)協(xié)議的掃描件（應(yīng)體現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目名稱(chēng)、裝置規(guī)模、供貨清單），未按上述要求提供或提供信息不全，則視為無(wú)效業(yè)績(jī)。
From July 1, 2014 to 7 days before the deadline for submission of the tender documents (subject to the signing of the contract), the bidding products (desuperheater) has a supply record device in China. The scanned copy of the sales contract (including the stamped pages of both parties, project name, goods name, supply quantity, signing date page) and the scanned copy of the signed version of the technical agreement (which should reflect the project name, device scale, supply list) shall be provided. Failure to provide or provide incomplete information according to the above requirements shall be regarded as invalid performance.
