Entrusted by North Huajin Refining and Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (Tenderee), China Cntc International Tendering Corporation(Tendering Agent) invites sealed bids by international bidding method from potential bidders for the supply of the following goods and related services:

（一）：精細(xì)化工及原料工程項(xiàng)目30萬噸/年高密度聚乙烯裝置及45萬噸/年全密度聚乙烯裝置內(nèi)藏孔板流量變送器及一體化孔板流量變送器。數(shù)量：共27臺，其中,30萬噸/年高密度聚乙烯裝置10臺;45萬噸/年全密度聚乙烯裝置17臺。

（二）：精細(xì)化工及原料工程項(xiàng)目30萬噸/年高密度聚乙烯裝置、1#2#50萬噸/年聚丙烯裝置及丁二烯抽提裝置熱式質(zhì)量流量計(jì)。數(shù)量：共23臺，其中,30萬噸/年高密度聚乙烯裝置6臺;1#50萬噸/年聚丙烯裝置9臺;2#50萬噸/年聚丙烯裝置7臺；丁二烯抽提裝置1臺。
Standard package (1) : Fine chemical and raw material engineering projects 300,000 tons/year high density polyethylene device and 450,000 tons/year full density polyethylene device with hole plate flow transmitter and integrated hole plate flow transmitter. Quantity: A total of 27 units, including 10 units of 300,000 tons/year high density polyethylene devices; 450,000 tons/year full density polyethylene device 17.
Standard package (2) : Fine chemical and raw material engineering project 300,000 tons/year high-density polyethylene device, 1#2# 500,000 tons/year polypropylene device and butadiene extraction device thermal mass flowmeter. Quantity: A total of 23 units, of which, 300,000 tons/year high density polyethylene device 6; 1# 500,000 tons/year polypropylene equipment 9 sets; 2# 500,000 tons/year polypropylene plant 7 sets; 1 butadiene extraction device.

3. 對投標(biāo)人的資質(zhì)要求
Qualification Requirements to Bidders
1) 投標(biāo)人具有有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照（境內(nèi)投標(biāo)人）/企業(yè)經(jīng)營許可證明文件（境外投標(biāo)人），需提供相應(yīng)證明復(fù)印件；
The bidder has a valid business license (bidder registered within territory of Peoples Republic of China)/ Incorpration Operating license document (bidder registered outside territory of Peoples Republic of China), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required;
2） 投標(biāo)人為所投產(chǎn)品制造商，或與制造商同屬同一集團(tuán)（同一母公司控股）或與制造商存在控股、參股的銷售公司，若投標(biāo)人為上述情況的銷售公司，還須出具能證明與制造商同屬同一集團(tuán)（同一母公司控股）或與制造商存在控股、參股的相關(guān)證明文件。（投標(biāo)人須提供證書的掃描件）。
The bidder is the manufacturer of the products to be invested, or a sales company belonging to the same group as the manufacturer (holding by the same parent company) or holding shares with the manufacturer. If the bidder is a sales company in the above circumstances, it must also provide relevant supporting documents to prove that the bidder belongs to the same group as the manufacturer (holding by the same parent company) or has holding shares with the manufacturer. (The bidder must provide a scanned copy of the certificate).

（二）本項(xiàng)目接受代理商投標(biāo)；代理商投標(biāo)要求：一個(gè)制造商對同一品牌同一型號的設(shè)備，僅能委托一個(gè)代理商參加投標(biāo)；（須提供承諾，詳見第九章投標(biāo)文件格式IV-17- 進(jìn)口設(shè)備代理商承諾書）。
(2) The project accepts the tender of agents;Bidding requirements for agents: one manufacturer can only entrust one agent to participate in the bidding for equipment of the same brand and same model; (must provide commitment, see Chapter IX Form of bidding documents IV-17-Letter of Commitment).
