1. 中招國(guó)際招標(biāo)有限公司（招標(biāo)代理機(jī)構(gòu)）受北方華錦聯(lián)合石化有限公司（招標(biāo)人）委托，以國(guó)際招標(biāo)方式邀請(qǐng)潛在投標(biāo)人就下列貨物和有關(guān)服務(wù)提交密封投標(biāo)：
Entrusted by North Huajin Refining and Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (Tenderee), China Cntc International Tendering Corporation (Tendering Agent) invites sealed bids by international bidding method from potential bidders for the supply of the following goods and related services:
高密度聚乙烯裝置及全密度聚乙烯裝置氣動(dòng)蝶閥8臺(tái)。其中，30萬噸/年高密度聚乙烯裝置氣動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)蝶閥7臺(tái)； 45萬噸/年全密度聚乙烯裝置氣動(dòng)開關(guān)蝶閥 1臺(tái)。
High density polyethylene device and full density polyethylene device pneumatic butterfly valve 8 sets. Among them, 300,000 tons/year high-density polyethylene device pneumatic control butterfly valve 7; 450,000 tons/year full density polyethylene device pneumatic switch butterfly valve 1.

3. 對(duì)投標(biāo)人的資質(zhì)要求
Qualification Requirements to Bidders

招標(biāo)代理機(jī)構(gòu)編號(hào)(Tendering Agent No.)：0618-244TC240PG9F
1)投標(biāo)人具有有效的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照（境內(nèi)投標(biāo)人）/企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)許可證明文件（境外投標(biāo)人），需提供相應(yīng)證明復(fù)印件；
The bidder has a valid business license (bidder registered within territory of People’s Republic of China)/ Incorpration Operating license document (bidder registered outside territory of People’s Republic of China), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required;
2)國(guó)內(nèi)制造商需提供中華人民共和國(guó)特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)許可證；國(guó)外制造商須提供所投產(chǎn)品特種設(shè)備型式試驗(yàn)證書和《中華人民共和國(guó)特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)許可證》；
Domestic manufacturers are required to provide the Special Equipment Production License of the People's Republic of China; Foreign manufacturers must provide special equipment type test certificates and the Special Equipment Production License of the People's Republic of China for the products they invest in；
3）投標(biāo)人為所投產(chǎn)品制造商，或與制造商同屬同一集團(tuán)（同一母公司控股）或與制造商存在控股、參股的銷售公司，若投標(biāo)人為上述情況的銷售公司，還須出具能證明與制造商同屬同一集團(tuán)（同一母公司控股）或與制造商存在控股、參股的相關(guān)證明文件。
If the bidder is the manufacturer of the invested product, or belongs to the same group (controlled by the same parent company) as the manufacturer, or has a controlling or participating sales company with the manufacturer, if the bidder is a sales company in the above situation, relevant proof documents must be provided to prove that they belong to the same group (controlled by the same parent company) as the manufacturer or have a controlling or participating relationship with the manufacturer.

4）投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品中防爆電磁閥和接近開關(guān)須具有中國(guó)國(guó)家強(qiáng)制性產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證證書;
