簡要規(guī)則描述：本次實施的地點為馬廠村、公平村、人民村、橫港村和龍港村，共涉及9個灌區(qū)，農(nóng)田建設面積4072畝，其中新增建設3083.5 畝（永農(nóng)2604.8畝），提質(zhì)改造988.5畝。為此，現(xiàn)通過競爭性磋商方式選取一家供應商對本項目提供代建管理服務。
Brief Specification Description:The implementation of the location of Ma Chang village, fair village, people's village, Henggang village and Longgang village, involving a total of 9 irrigation areas, farmland construction area of 4072 mu, of which the new construction of 3083.5 mu (Yongnong 2604.8 mu), quality transformation of 988.5 mu. To this end, a supplier is selected through competitive negotiation to provide agent-construction management services for this project.
