中化建國(guó)際招標(biāo)有限責(zé)任公司（以下稱(chēng)為“招標(biāo)代理機(jī)構(gòu)”）受中海油石化工程有限公司（以下稱(chēng)為“招標(biāo)人”）委托，就浙江LNG三期項(xiàng)目接收站工程所需部分貨物及相關(guān)服務(wù)進(jìn)行國(guó)際公開(kāi)招標(biāo)。現(xiàn)邀請(qǐng)投標(biāo)人對(duì)下列貨物和服務(wù)提交密封投標(biāo)：
CNCCC International Tendering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Tendering Agent”), entrusted by CNOOC Petrochemical Engingeer Co.,Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Tenderee” ), intends to purchase the Goods and the relevant services required under the project of ZHEJIANG LNG Phase III Project Terminal Project by International Competitive Bidding. Bidders are kindly requested to provide the following Goods and services with sealed bids.

項(xiàng)目概況：浙江LNG三期項(xiàng)目位于浙江省寧波市北侖區(qū)郭巨街道穿山北公鵝咀地塊，西側(cè)為已運(yùn)營(yíng)的浙江LNG一期工程和二期工程項(xiàng)目。項(xiàng)目建設(shè)規(guī)模為600萬(wàn)噸/年：其中氣態(tài)外輸450萬(wàn)噸/年，液態(tài)外輸150萬(wàn)噸/年，同步將光明碼頭改造為L(zhǎng)NG專(zhuān)用碼頭。新建6座27萬(wàn)方LNG儲(chǔ)罐，其中LNG管道與浙江LNG
一、二期項(xiàng)目預(yù)留管道接口聯(lián)通，同時(shí)配套氣化設(shè)施、公輔設(shè)施等。
Project Summary：Project overview and financial nature: ZHEJIANG LNG Phase III Project Terminal Project is located in the Chuanshan North Gongezui plot of Guoju Street, Beilun District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. To the west are the already operational Zhejiang LNG Phase I and Phase II projects. The construction scale of the project is 6 million tons/year: including 4.5 million tons/year for gas export and 1.5 million tons/year for liquid export, and the Guangming Terminal will be transformed into a dedicated LNG terminal simultaneously. Build 6 new 270000 square meter LNG storage tanks, with LNG pipelines connected to the reserved pipeline interfaces of Zhejiang LNG Phase I and Phase II projects, as well as supporting gasification facilities, public and auxiliary facilities, etc.

A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide photocopies of valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license;
The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.
B．從中華人民共和國(guó)關(guān)境內(nèi)制造的貨物：投標(biāo)人只能為投標(biāo)設(shè)備的制造商。
For goods manufactured within PRC customs territory ：Bidders can only be the manufacturers of the bidding equipment.

如果投標(biāo)人為代理商，投標(biāo)人應(yīng)得到所投貨物制造商同意其為本次投標(biāo)提供該貨物的合法正式授權(quán)書(shū)。

投標(biāo)人應(yīng)提供投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品制造商有效認(rèn)證證書(shū)復(fù)印件，證書(shū)認(rèn)證的制造商名稱(chēng)應(yīng)與其所提供業(yè)績(jī)的制造商、此次投標(biāo)貨物的制造商一致。
The bidder shall provide copies of the certifications of the manufacturer when bidding. And the name of the certificates shall be the same with the manufacture of References and the manufacture of the bidding Goods.
